1. Dispatch Times
At Everwrap, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Charges (UK Mainland)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total order weight and delivery location. For reference:

4. Order Collection (UK ONLY)
UK customers may request collection from our partner warehouse by prior arrangement.
Please contact us after placing your order if you wish to collect in person.
We’ll confirm when your order is ready and provide full collection details.
(Note: We’re not a retail shop — collections are by appointment only.)
5. Delivery & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If no one is available to accept the parcel, your courier will leave a card or attempt re-delivery the following day.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Details
Please ensure all delivery details are entered accurately throughout the ordering process.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery costs).
7. Returns & Refunds
At Everwrap, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If a product isn't suitable for your needs, you're welcome to return it in unused, resaleable condition for a refund or exchange. Returns must be sent back to the address provided at your own expense.

Please note: we cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging. Whenever possible, please reuse the original delivery box or use equally protective packaging materials.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange items, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement products. This ensures a faster process and protects your payment information.
Please note: shipping charges for both return and replacement items are non-refundable.
If preferred, you may return and collect items directly from our Lancashire warehouse by prior arrangement.
9. Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns on:
- Custom-made or branded products
- Items cut or produced to special order
- Opened or used packaging products
If your custom order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at: Hello@everwrap.co.uk within 10 days of receipt with a description and supporting photos.
10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please notify us within 10 working days of delivery at Hello@everwrap.co.uk
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or faulty items
Keep all packaging and products until your claim is resolved, as we may need to inspect or collect them.
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund within 14 working days.
11. Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage).
Refunds will be issued once the goods are returned in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
